Agility – the ability to accelerate, stabilize, and quickly change directions with proper posture (yes, important in the golf swing)
Quickness – the ability to react and move the body with a maximum rate of force (yes, important in the golf swing)

And if the body isn’t capable of turning through like you want to … your brain will find a compensation to get around that problem.
Yet, these compensations create inconsistency in your golf swing such as lifting up, coming over the top, etc, etc
